The shuttle ride to my car was more comfortable than the 5 1/2 hours in the subway-type seat I had on the Frontier plane. No entertainment (I traveled with a 10 year old), no food (cheapest was $2.99), no water (cheapest was $2.99), and the seats didn't recline. The flight attendant stomped up and down the aisle (to assert authority maybe?) and woke everyone up because she shook the rows at each pass. It was one of the worst flying experiences I've ever had and the cheap price is now crystal clear. You get what you pay for. And even there, having to pay to bring a carry on? Are you kidding me?
