Very uncomfortable seat on the last leg.

Jun 8, 2019

The sound on my Direct tv was terrible and a lot of the channels weren't working.

Delays are either going to Syracuse or back to JFK with delays

Sep 15, 2018

I never seem to get a choice seats and for last vv4 flights have been seats at back of plane. on this last flight we had VERY long lines to get thru security while someone tried to sell a service that gets you thru the lines quickly-seemed almost like a scam. lastly, There were 4 gate changes for the flight home. I got lots of exercise going to the gates every time they changed.

Sep 15, 2018

Staff on flight went above and beyond to make a nervous flyer enjoy her flight. Very nice to see.

Orbitz made it simple and stress free!

Aug 12, 2018

I was happy I printed a boarding pass ahead of time. The security line was long enough. I lost time waiting for NJ transit and the AirTrain. This is information about delays and transfers I need to access separately to estimate the time to get there in time.
