Even though the flight was late to take off, we arrived early to our destination! But the luggage took a long time to get to the baggage claim area.
Staff at LAS was amazing! AUS needed some counter customer service help.
the airplane going back to austin, could have been more cleaner.
There are not really amenities on Frontier, so it's weird to ask about service.
Baggage claim takes entirely to long. Flight landed at 11:20 pm and got bags at 12:15 am.
Flight was cheap. But didn’t have anything... power, WiFi....
My suitcase came out with one less wheel, total bummer.
Soda price was a bit much...
The bag fees are too much $45 checked and $38 carry on. This is why their tickets are so cheap. Overall the experience was nice
