didn't like waiting on the tarmac for the air conditioner to be fixed....it was very hot on the plane for that hour

Jul 1, 2018

It felt like there was a hostility toward the passengers in group 5...I'm sure it is frustrating that we choose the most affordable option, but we are still customers. We were held from boarding for an incredibly long time...it almost felt like a hidden camera show and passengers were starting to get confused, like, "do we not get seats - they are boarding standby passengers before us...???" This was most apparent boarding at LGA.
