I had a 12 hour lay over so I asked the additional services desk if I could get a earlier flight the united staff were so awesome they got be back home 8 hours earlier I forgot to get her name that help me but I want to thank her so much I really cant thank her enough even 8 hours earlier was still a almost 24hr travel day for me.
