The hotel was FINE, but not much better. Surprises I wasn't counting on annoyed me ... such as I didn't know they charged $15 a day for parking. I didn't know they only cleaned the room once every 5 days if staying more than one night. I didn't know they had no charging ports ... for a modern hotel, that's really not acceptable. I hate having to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and towels ... if you aren't going to clean my room, at least leave enough that I don't have to deal with that. I guess I just expect more from the Hyatt brand.

Staff was great! We were selected as special guests and received access to an adjoining room for extra space. Very convenient for U of M and for US Bank stadium.
