It was nice- but for being so expensive I think the amenities fell short. They give you 2 bottles of water. No iron. And they advertise the cooler suites- and the palace suite is nice- but a let down when the website showcases the castle suite. I made the mistake of assuming and not checking the details as well. I thought we were getting the castle and we were in the palace. Simply it was a nice place for sure. But not sure 500 a night nice

A Gem! Private and peaceful just down from the main streets. Beautiful view off of the balcony. Aveda rosemary/mint bath products. Lush bedding, towels and robes. Couldn’t be more luxurious. Comfortable bed. Cable options were great. Lots of choices, on demand with free movies. Keurig stocked with plenty of coffee and tea. Fireplace. It was amazing!!! Would definitely book again!

Bed was luxurious, and room was beautiful and clean. There is no room service, but everything is within walking distance and there are a lot of options! We could have used more than 1 coffee pod each per day, but the room was beautiful, quiet, spacious and clean with thick luxurious towels and a robe. View of deer and the river off the balcony :)

My Storybook Inn Experience: Our girl getaway at Storybrook Inn was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, offering a serene setting that added to the charm of our stay. As promised, the room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, matching the advertised description to a tee. It truly catered to our needs and more. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The heated floors and the bathroom's privacy were definite highlights, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Even though we didn't use it, the tub looked inviting and added a touch of luxury to the room. Additionally, the generous supply of towels throughout our three-day stay was a thoughtful touch. The Keurig coffee setup was a real treat, providing a variety of coffee and teas that made our mornings even more enjoyable. The fireplace was a personal favorite, and the provision of fire logs for each night was a lovely touch that enhanced the cozy ambiance. Having balconies on both sides of the room was a pleasant surprise, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall charm of the stay. Speaking of amenities, a bit more availability of wash towels and a few extra trash bags would have been appreciated, but it didn't significantly detract from our experience. This was a unique property. Everything was clean and the location was nice and quite. The Owners had some nice additional touches that made the stay extra nice. My only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower.

This hotel was such a hide gem of a find, we absolutely loved everything about it! Check in & out were the easiest. The restaurant recommendation list was so help. And the cleanliness was on point, I can be very picky about this but I did not run into a single concern. This will be our go to hotel for our Leavenworth stays moving forward.

We stayed in the palace suite room. Furnished nicely. Modern look. The bath tub is nice and big. The view of the river was great. The building still smelled old.. and the electric outlets kept cutting out. First we lost power in the bathroom, and then on the outlets next to the bed, my wife had to dry her hair in the room instead of the bathroom... after her shower. The whole room ended up losing power, right before our new years dinner. Long story short the place could defiantly use some improvements!

It was clean, quaint and quiet, perfect for our anniversary. I am glad we chose this for our stay, its not your average, normal hotel, definitely nicer. We will stay therr again for sure.

Very comfy bed, fantastic waterfall tub. Whimsical decor. (We stayed in the castle room.) The bed is very tall; a step stool would be nice. Another nice addition would be a basket of packaged breakfast items, as only coffee is provided.
