The Finch is always a fun place to stay, and it’s right in downtown. It can be a bit noisy, so room location can be important. Will stay here again.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at The FINCH so much! I am always weary about staying at random hotels that aren’t known chains but we were very pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and had nice amenities. The building has a cute, just renovated, modern industrial feeling. We didn’t need much service but the little we did receive was very kind and helpful. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back!

We were on our way home to Portland with our adult daughter,after a visit with our son’s family in Missoula She attended Whitman College in the early 90’s. 30 years later, she wanted to see her old haunts. It was memory Lane as she visited all the places and could see how things had matured. The outdoor pool that this facility had at that time was gone!

Price was right, so I booked here for a work trip. I had stayed here right when they opened, and felt like they were trying a bit too hard to be hip then. They seem to have found their groove. There was wine tasting in the lobby in the afternoon. Comfortable rooms. No coffee in rooms, but in lobby. I was just upstairs so no big deal for me, but I think if you were farther back in the property that would be annoying. Comfortable beds, and top notch toiletries. Perfect location for exploring downtown.

Tremendous location, just a block from edge of downtown Walla Walla. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of coffee and popcorn available, and great common areas for working or lounging. Definitely staying here next time I'm in Walla Walla.
