The hotel is charming, and the staff were courteous. One small annoyance - they charge a $25/night amenity fee. One of the items that is included in the amenity fee is a shuttle to/from the airport. During my stay, I received a marketing email from the hotel. In it, it's mentioned that they offer a complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. That seems a little disingenuous, given the customer essentially pays for it via the amenity fee.

We really liked our room for the exception that is was so cold as the heat was not on and it took several hours to get it heated. It also did not have a microwave but did have small fridge. It was very clean and big. The staff was very nice and professional and the hotel overall was beautiful. Thank - you!
