Wonderful classic hotel with great staff. Beautiful lobby, and they have a library room with a fireplace that we used to enjoy a late night bottle of wine. The hot breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was in the new section, which was clean and comfortable but not special. Our friends were in the original tower, which is much more charming and where we’ll stay next time.
Check n was curteous quick friendly and amazing. The room was well sized, well stocked, suited our all needs and great central location. Overall a stellar experience!!

Our room was not well sound-insulated and next to the elevator. The room could have benefited from a console to keep small bags off the floor

Beautiful historical property that is very well maintained. It is right downtown Walla Walla with walking access to shopping, tasting rooms, and restaurants.
The staff was helpful in offering suggestions for dinner and recognizing individual tastes, sharing their ideas for wineries to visit.
Everything was clean, comfortable and great. Due to the Covid crap they were forced to not have the restaurant open. That was the only downside. However they did upgrade us to a tower room at no extra charge.

Fantastic historic building that has been refurbished back to its original glory. There are lots of extravagant details and finishes throughout the entire establishment. All staff were super friendly and helpful.
