The outside of the building was getting new siding. Construction mess everywhere. Scaffolding right outside our window, so workers were working right outside our second-floor room so we couldn't even have our curtains open. Construction noise started at 7 am. It would have been nice to know this was going on or at least have a room on the other side of the building. The jacuzzi water looked scuzzy.

We loved our stay at BWP Walla Walla, however, the hotel was being remodeled on the outside and there was a wrap completely around the hotel and that made us feel "trapped". However, it was a good stay and construction must be done sometime!

Great location close to downtown. The breakfast was great.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a wonderful location. We parked when we got there and were able to walk to downtown. The brewery next door was great and convenient too! We didn’t have to get back into our car until we left 2 days later!

Check in was great and room was well cleaned. Thank you!

The staff was great. The bathroom of the room could’ve been a little bit cleaner. But overall It was great

The parking spaces are very narrow. A minivan parked exactly in the center of the space leaves only 8-10 inches to open the doors on each side. This is NOT enough to get in and out, let alone carrying bags or parcels

Very nice hotel close to downtown. Good breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the bad sidewalk on the street that leads to downtown. It wouldn’t work well for a wheelchair and is unsightly

I loved the breakfast in the morning and the friendly staff at the front desk with free cookies and fruit. Bed was comfortable and room was mostly updated. I did not like hearing everything in the hallway. The sound carries in the hallways and right through your door. All morning you could hear doors slamming as people were getting up and heading out. Fix the doors so they don't slam and it will be 5 stars.

Perfect romantic getaway walking through downtown Walla Walla.

Before we arrived the front desk was so helpful as I added a night to our stay and another room to our booking at the last minute. Room were clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and attentive, breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed before some cycling into the headwinds of the surrounding area. This is where we will stay every time we're in Walla Walla!

Always like Best Western hotels when I travel. I was very surprised by the attitude of the people at the front desk! They were very sharp with me even after I had checked in and called the front desk to ask if they had a fan the lady after I started to ask the question interrupted me to then put me on hold. Expensive cold shoulder!

Hotel was clean but very noisy!!! Beds were hard and pillows were terrible. Otherwise we were fine Didn't stay long

Easy checki in. Plenty of parking. The motel was the cleanest I have ever been in. Would recommend to everyone.

Stayed only one day but found the staff to be fast and friendly. Found the room to be clean and quiet and found the location to be centrally located

We stayed here a second time, and we're just as pleased the second stay. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the quality of their sheet. They were pretty scratchy. I would definitely stay again, though.

Room was clean but poorly planned; bathroom sink and vanity is situated outside of the bathroom. The seating area is useless. It's at the rear of the room, away from the window and natural light, the TV and across from the sink. The room has a wall-mounted heating and air-conditioning that has loud fan, intermittent and loud enough to wake us several times ant night.

We just stopped for the night. The hotel is close to downtown clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. We would stay again.
