A microwave & a coffee maker in the room would have been much appreciated. The staff was exceptional and so friendly. I will definitely stay again

It was close to the beach. I liked the pool outside and sauna.

We had a great stay, all employees were very nice and the room was great. My only issue was that the hand sanitizers in the public areas were often empty. Also, sanitizer in the rooms would have been nice. I don't really understand the empty dispensers since the Adrift distillery actually makes the sanitizer, so it seems like maybe neglect on the part of the employees who should be refilling them. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. Very dog friendly!

The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable as FUDGE! I mean, you would find better beds at a $40 motel. You can hear every movement upstairs (we were on the first floor). Half the windows didn't have screens, so I couldn't open them all for a nice ocean breeze which sucked. No A/C available for the room, but there is a noisey box fan available if you're into that. Lol. Wifi, didn't work for shizzzzz, when I texted the front desk they acted like I was stupid saying "none of our other guests gave complained." Uh. Okay. Thanks for "help." I mean I understand not being capable of fixing it yourself.....but at least AKNOWLEDGE my complaint and pretend you'll have someone look into it! Interpersonal skills were seriously lacking. Their "texting services" sucked. They encourage you to ask questions via text instead of calling or going to the lobby (which due to covid, I understood). However, they won't respond for hours. Pool was closed and it wasn't posted anywhere before booking nor was I informed during check in. The biggest reason for us booking this hotel was for the amenities, specifically the pool. Our kid loves to swim. Anyways, the sign for the pool said it would re-open by 8 am following day, but that never happened. So I had a very sad and disappointed 11 year old. All in all, this place was totally overpriced for the lack of amenities and discomfort. You're paying $250 a night for beach access only. My advice, don't waste your time or money.

Day bed on window area was nice. Very dog friendly. All staff were helpful and attentive.

Great location for walking to everything! Food in the Pickled Fish restaurant was good & the view beautiful. Added plus was bicycles available to use for free and being right on the Discovery Trail.

Close to the beach, nice clean room, good food on site. World stay again

We have now stayed and played here for the 5th time.

The staff were very friendly at check in and the room was simply furnished but fairly comfortable. However, calling a ground floor room looking across the parking lot toward the beach a “room with a view” does seem like a bit of a stretch to me.

Rustic but with an industrial vibe. We had great ocean views. The restaurant and bar were great, staff accommodating. Ready for families and pets.

Location of hotel is nice, love how pet friendly it is. The sheets and the towels had human hair all over them. Either someones hair is falling out or they don’t wash the linens very well.

The West Wing is no better than a second rate motel. It comes with a ice box and that's all. The room smelled especially the bathroom , we were told how sorry the staff was about that. Never again

No A/C and that's not listed anywhere. My gran and I couldn't stay as she is on a medication where she can't get too warm. The room was stuffy and we began to sweat the moment we arrived. The room was baking under the sun and there was no A/C-- despite a thermostat on the wall. We were unable to get a refund, even though we had just checked in and that it wasn't listen on Orbitz or The Adrift's website that they lacked A/C. Instead I was told there would be a cancellation fee for leaving- -- I didn't even ask for my money back or anything, but I was told we would incur a fee! And that no other local hotels would have A/C. Lies. We called multiple hotels in Long Beach and all had A/C. We stayed at the Best Western and that was perfectly fine

A nice day at the beach. Long beach is a great place to relax and wind down.

We are return guests. This time we brought family. Had a wonderful time.
