The ice machine was broken and appeared to be permanently out of order. Availability of ice is an expected and BASIC amenity ar any USA hotel. Fix the machine and get 2 more. I will not stay there again. They said I could go down the street to buy ice. I require a small amount, not a bag. They should provide the money for you to buy ice.

My 1 star rating isn't about the hotel at all, honestly I've never stayed here. However, I did book a room for the 4th of July, unfortunately a month prior to going we had a medical emergency, after several attempts to get a refund, they wouldn't allow it. I paid over $1000 for 2 nights. I would bet my room was re-sold. Terrible refund policy.

Will stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Slept all night for the first time in a year it was so comfortable. No kitchen, but coffee maker in the room and easy availability of extra coffee in the front office. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice view of the ocean from our 2nd floor room. Updated in comparison to other local hotels.

We always stay here when we visit Long Beach. It is a great location! Close to the beach and the boardwalk. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and well maintained with plenty towels, soap, shampoo and lotions. The only complaints are that the in-room coffee is awful and the ice machine was broken. Good coffee was available in the lobby, but not until 8:00 AM. Hopefully, the ice machine will get fixed soon. The staff did their best to accommodate us and got us ice from their storage area.

This is our second time here. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous. The staff are great workers and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. The only two drawbacks are no breakfast (like they use to), and no swimpool. The breakfast is no big deal. My grandkids wound want a pool or at least a hot tub. But WE loved it!
