The staff members were delightful. The person who served the breakfast was so helpful and friendly. The front desk staff went above and beyond, helping us with everything from letting me borrow tools for my bike to recommending activities. All four staff I interacted with were exceptional. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room was small but clean Breakfast was standard fare, waffles, eggs,sausage and biscuits and gravy. Wife was disappointed as there was no pastries. There was work being done around the hotel,lost internet the first night so no TV and second day lost power for 2hrs. It didn't affect our stay too much. Toilet tank condensates water onto floor so be aware the floor will be wet around the toilet. Location was great and able to walk to most nearby amenities. Overall was a nice stay.

Friendly staff especially the breakfast room attendant. Hotel well maintained. Walking distance to almost anything. Only word of caution is this is a VERY pet friendly hotel. They tend to put those traveling with pets on the right side of the first floor. Can you guess where we stayed? Had to sleep with window open all night. Very heavy pet smell. We own a dog but this was a bit much. Next time we are back, we will request a room anywhere else.

The only. Ad thing is the shower would go from hot to cold and also you were standing in ankle high water the whole shower because it didn’t drain. Water pressure sucked.

Outdated, worn out dirty couch and springy bed. Staff was very nice and I appreciated the friendly attitudes. It was one night and I got mostly what I expected for the price. We were given keycards for a room that was already occupied. That was not great. Chose it for location and that’s about it.

The Rooms were neat and tidy, the staff were courteous. Best part was the Breakfast buffet where Ms Lorraine was very friendly and helped with suggestions. She made sure to greet each of us and make us feel comfortable. Nice Stay !!

Average sticks out, just another average chain hotel. Everything was clean, food offered was fresh. It's management that needs a review. I received push notifications and emails daily a week prior to check-in asking me to complete the early check in process. I arrived at 2pm day of and was expected to pay an early check in fee of $50 The early check in process is simply a way management collects personal information of their guests.
