From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out of this hotel I was in love with the staff, the unique yet homliness of the place, the fun and curious layout and gorgeous rooms! I could keep going but really, you've just got to go see it for yourself!

The oldest operating hotel in Washington State. A quirky old building. For instance if you are taller then 6 foot you might bump your head when going up the beautiful deep wood paneled stairs to the second floor. The wood work in the building reminds me of what you might see in a old English country house or one of those mansions they have made into a museum from the early 1900's. I was quite happy with my stay and I also asked a couple there and they were also pleased. The dining room was reserved for a private wedding party the night I stayed there so I wasn't able to try it however probably one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in the area is within a two minute walk down the street called 42nd Street Cafe & Bistro.

Hotel is situated on the main road through Seaview and the restaurant/pub are bustling with people throughout the whole day but we found our room (9) was quiet and peaceful. Loved the soft King bed and the minimalistic but modern/historic decor with stained glass windows. It felt like we went back in time! We stayed mid July and our only complaint is that the room got hot really fast and without air conditioning and only one fan, it was hard to sleep at night. Hotel parking lot is small but luckily you can park on the main Street or at an outflow lot a street over. The complimentary European breakfast was exceptional and front staff were so friendly. We stayed for our anniversary and we'd come back again!

Nice hotel in central location if you are visiting seaview or Long Beach. Breakfast was nice bonus.

It was a nice hotel but it did have a few problems. It is an old building and we accept that but there was no tv and no aircon. No fans either so the room was small and stuffy. The parlour was ok for breakfast but once again no aircon or fresh air. It was good to get out into the freaks house air. The European breakfast was a bit odd with strong cheeses and cured meats.

Got in late and the staff was still so welcoming, our breakfast was wonderful. I wish we had had more time to enjoy this gem of an inn.

Old Inn with "antique" furniture although not very comfortable, my husband had to sleep on the floor after the second night because the antique bed was horrible. The complimentary breakfast was no place for a child as we could not get toast or any other child friendly foods for our son and our request for crackers to sooth our hungry child was completely ignored. We left their robes in a pile of used towels (housekeeping only came once in our five day stay) and immediately upon departure were accused of taking the robes and imposing a $200 charge to our credit card! We then had to inform them that they had better more properly inspect the room and laundry before making false accusations and charging us additional fees. Would not return.
