Walls are paper thin leading to zero privacy, hotel was almost empty but everyone was put into rooms in the same wing/floor so we heard everything. Outlet with CO detector didn’t work, fire alarm in the hallway beeped nonstop, front desk person was rarely there, and we were charged a $19.95 per night resort fee even though the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and we had no extra amenities.

The bed and pillows were horrible. The one staff member i interacted with was GREAT. The noise in the hotel as well in the parking lot did last longer than it should've. With no staff around to help with this, it went on and on. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. They would not feel rested at all. Which is the point getting out of town for vacations or getaways

Room was dirty. Heat was set to off when we got in. Was about 40 degrees in there and did not warm up until morning with heat running all night. Pool was not heated. It was freezing. The stay was great! We had a beautiful view of the ocean, even though it was partial it was still great! We had a minor hiccup but they got right on it, no longer then 5 mins. Me and boyfriend are definitely coming back!
