I really like that they made it a big deal to ask for something as simple as a mattress that I paid for. Instead of getting a king mattress on a king bed frame. I got a queen bed frame with a full size mattress. Made my anniversary with my s/o thoroughly unenjoyable. Also don't bother trying to contact the manager they don't have a phone number and they don't check their email either. I am writing this review after waiting ample time for an email and receiving zero response. This place does not care about you they just want your money.

Missing the basics
I guess it was my fault for not asking if the hotel rooms have air conditioning and cable television. Really - is this something you have to verify when you book a hotel that isn't the cheapest in town? On the plus side the staff were great and the bed was comfortable. Beach was within walking distance - if you like to hike!

Check in was a nightmare short haired angry girl Isabelle was rude and snippy and condescending not sure how someone like that choose a job where you have to deal with people. Hot tub is broken i guess its been like that for years and tvs have only netflix but it lasted 5 minutes before it would disconnect .the rest of the staff was great and the hotel wasn't that bad but we spent most of our time out and about or avoiding the front desk so we didnt have to deal with Isabelle

This is a great place to get away for a quiet week end or bring the whole family. The property offers a ton of outdoor family fun activities, plus its just a short ways to the beach. It's clean, quaint and has an amazing staff. It's home away from home for our family!!!

I currently use a wheelchair, with very limited walking skills. When I made the reservation I called The property to verify that I could get an ADA room which was something we sought in a hotel. I called the day of our to confirm reservation. The person I spoke to assured me they had my room, I didn't realize I needed to confirm ADA accessibility, since the description on expedia.com said it was. The elevator was in a tiny closed off corner of the lobby without enough room to turn. When I turned my wheelchair around I took out a pamphlet stand knocking, to my horror, it over spilling pamphlets all over the floor. Backing in is the only way to get wheels over the wide space between tile and elevator. We got to our room, we could barely get in the door, which opened barely wide enough for my chair, watch your fingers!! The door is extremely heavy, and doesn't want to stay open. Once in the door is a small area that holds a closet area, a bathroom and a door that I presume was for the adjoining room. Not enough room to turn around. Moving into the room, there isn't enough room between tv stand and the foot of the bed to get through. There isn't enough room to maneuver my chair into or around in the bathroom. Parking is 3 close spots, and a view at the bo The partial ocean view promised was their parking lot and a field, no ocean. The photos are wildly overstating the property.

There was a stain on the comforter and spiders in the corners. The hair dryer was broken. The hot tub was out of order and the fitness room was shut down. The coffee tasted terrible and the body lotion like water. The patio screen was torn.

The pictures online look nothing like the actual rooms. The only thing that looked the same was the bed. There are no hardwood floors, its actually very outdated carpet (we looked at 2 separate rooms, and it was the same in both). The bathroom in the king was so tiny the door hit the toilet bowl. The bathroom in the queen was much bigger. There is no real view of the ocean from the rooms, but we didn't really need one. The staff is SO nice and friendly! Also, the elevator is super sketchy. We thankfully only used it once, never again! The pool looked nice but we didn't bring our swimsuits as it was a last minute decision to go to the ocean. Overall it wasn't horrible and it wasn't the best. I would probably stay here again because of the staff and it was also pretty quiet.

Great place to stay.
We had a great time and enjoyed oir stay. It would be nice if they had a continental breakfast available, but other than that, it was great. Grankids enjoyed the game area, putting green and we enjoyed the pool.

Room was very dated & smelled. Carpets dirty/stained. Curtains torn. Doors warped & water damaged. Front desk staff were not very friendly or welcoming when we arrived. Not one smile or happy greeting. Acted bothered when asked questions. Felt like they didn’t enjoy their jobs or people. Cleaning staff was super friendly & helpful! Great view! Bed linens were super clean & new. Roomy. Fan was good quality. Really need to invest in A/C units.
