The property was dirty. The pool had a scum line around the water level of the pool and the halls stunk. The mattress in our room had stains, furniture was broken, and the carpet was filthy. We found cigarette butts in the drawer. We ended canceling our second night and getting a refund. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very clean and friendly staff. I stay couple days with my family with my little toddler. The swimming water was very cold and the in door spa was not working. There was no microwavein the room it was difficult for little boys when they needed a snack.

I have stayed multiple times before and have had wonderful experiences. The check in was simple and received my VIP amenity. Which was wonderful to receive! I asked about the ability for a room upgrade with my VIP status, but the workers were confused, and had never heard of this before. I showed them the request, to which they acknowledged, and let me know they were kinda booked tonight. The corner room was a nice location. Tiles in the bathroom were starting to come up. There was a random diet coke left in the fridge. I stayed in a double queen room, and one bed has weakened springs. I would have normally asked the front desk about the quality of the room. But since they had stated they were kinda booked, i decided to not address the concerns. I will come back again as there are local restaurants, and the hotel is in a convenient location.
