The staff was kind, and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately, when we checked in the first night and pulled back the sheets, there were a lot of crumbs on the bed, it honestly looked like someone had been eating chocolate cake and the bedding hadn’t been changed. There was also quite a bit of trash behind the beds as well. More concerning, my 8 year old daughter stepped on a fishing hook that was embedded in the carpet, cutting her foot. While the hotel did offer 10,000 points for the inconvenience, we would have preferred that the room or bedding had been changed instead. Overall, the cleanliness and safety issues were disappointing.

Decent for a short stay, but barely meets expectations. One of the main reasons we booked this inn was for the hot tub, but unfortunately it was only lukewarm. We also found that the shower water wasn’t very hot, and there was someone else’s hair left behind, which was disappointing. There were a few other downsides during our stay. The train tracks right next door made for a noisy environment, and no robes were provided, which may have been a blessing given the circumstances. The heater was quite loud, and noise from other guests carried easily. Our mini fridge froze all of our food and drinks, and we weren’t given a “Do Not Disturb” sign the first morning, resulting in housekeeping entering the room until we later retrieved one ourselves. Breakfast was another letdown — the hashbrowns were undercooked, and most items were soggy and cold. That said, the stay wasn’t all bad. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Ultimately, it served as a roof over our heads for a couple of nights, but nothing more. Overall, it barely met basic expectations for an inn and didn’t offer anything particularly memorable.

They charged me twice for a $50 fee, they canceled my reservation when I asked to stay an extra night. The hot tub was cold, the refrigerator smelled disgusting. Most of the lamps didn't work, the bathroom fans were loud, the walls were paper thin. I got woke up by guests in the next room at 0530 on 24 Dec 25 yelling at each other for hours. The hair dryer was broken, the padding underneath the top sheet had blood on it, the housekeepers never cleaned my rom, and the handle to the shower broke off an hour before I left the hotel. I asked the hotel clerk if I could sit and wait for my cab. because he said it would be an hto an hour and a half wait. She said yes. 5 minutes before my cab arrived, the manager walks over and is very rude to me. I said, "I'm just waiting for my cab to get here. He said it would be an hour to an hour and a half late." 'You be here to long. You need to leave.' I said,"I'm definitely not staying here again." That place is outdated and is in dire need of an elevator.

The room was clean and the bed was sooo soft. Best bed I have ever had in a hotel! Front desk ladies we super nice. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of waffle batter but that was the only downside.

Breakfast was nice, the fruit a little lacking, the oranges were past their prime. Wenatchee area and NO APPLES? Hot tub was nice, first filling of the tub, the jets blew out gunk and had to drain and refill the tub. One of the lamps has seen better days, the lamp shade had holes and not an aesthetic kind, either. THE STAFF ARE SUPERB!!
