This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely dirty, smelled like nicotine, fridge not working, mold on bathroom ceiling sheets and pillows had hair and makeup. Manager not accommodating. Extremely dissatisfied!

Covenience to downtown

Nice, centrally-located place; the parking was easy; the breakfast was good. However, the sink drains were plugged but the room was changed immediately. I will definitely stay again.

The place was fine, but it definitely needs updating. Old carpets and drapes make the place look dark and dingy evening though things look clean. Also it doesn’t make sense that they charge for breakfast when your hot breakfast is the typical food that you get free for other hotels. Just add the cost into the room price. The staff is very nice and helpful. Wish I could give this place a better ranking for their sake, but the drab look from the old furniture and poor lighting is a real bummer. Glad they had an elevator for my mom’s wheelchair, but it’s a bit of a labyrinth to find it. You almost have to walk the perimeter if the hotel hallways to get from the lobby to it.

It was a nice place to stay I’ll go back and stay there again and the town is very nice also

Nice, friendly staff. Bathtub didn't drain well, ceiling dirty with water spots. Room needs to be better stocked with toilet paper and bath towels.

Needs bigger pool towels, and electrical outlets in the room.

Very Dog Friendly Hotel, Old and needs a bit of a refresh. Beds and Pillows very comfortable. All Staff great.

The room was great but hot tub access limited as was the restaurant & bar due to Covid. Great Staff!

Comfy beds, hot water, and free parking were great!

Everything was really pretty good. Hotel was nice and staff was great!

This was our first trip of the year as a family w/ our dog. The hotel is listed as a pet friendly hotel and we were offered “vip access” sounded nice so we went for it. Check-in was hassle free, took less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the whole process there was an additional hotel and pet deposit which I was aware of. We have never traveled with our dog, so we were looking forward to our first hotel stay. The room was spacious, but as soon as you open the room you get hit with an awful smell, the carpet, heater and curtains are old and smell. The mirror on the bathroom door had stains and the bathtub was brown. The pictures on the website are not at all what you get. We started getting headaches and left to grab something to eat after many hours in the car we assume we were car sick and hungry but unfortunately it was the room that was making us sick. When we got back to the room, the headaches started, our dog kept sneezing and the heater smell was too much. We figure we could sleep with the sliding door open but there was no screen on the door. We were in the room probably around 1 hour, we couldn’t take it anymore. I went to the front desk and explained the situation and told the lady we were going to leave. The lady charged my card a $50 dollar “early check out” that fee is not listed on the booking reservation. After I mention the charged (bank text me) her response was handing me the managers card and saying she didn’t get pay enough. I was lost for words!

Third time staying at this property for business. Very quite and very clean property. I’ll be back for sure.

It was a really nice property, clean, and the staff was very nice.
