Frente al mar y capital D-Deluxe, la unidad 317 fue remodelada pensando en la tranquilidad; un partido encantador con el ambiente relajado del resort. Está muy bien hecho con gabinetes personalizados y granito en la cocina completa, y muebles de calidad y sólidos en todas partes, MÁS tres unidades de aire acondicionado divididas. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas queen y una sensación de paz; Los baños son igualmente encantadores. (Un sofá cama en la sala de estar hace que la unidad sea adecuada para un máximo de 5 personas). Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana por cable, internet de alta velocidad y WIFI gratuito para los momentos en que quiera relajarse despu��������s de un día de sol y aventura. Great spot

Everything you need is there, ample instructions on how everything worked, very convenient door pad so no keys to share between the 5 adults staying there. A couple of things to know: the “door” to the master bedroom is 4 sliding panels, they don’t close completely so I accidentally flashed my daughter. Also, if you run the ac, that unit sits on the patio, rendering the patio too hot to use. Lastly, I had to empty the dishwasher from the prior guests- if I’m paying a cleaning fee I feel like that should have been done for me.

Views, whales and perfect condo

Great 2BR/2BA CONDO. Incredible views and whale watching daily. The Humpback whales put on a great show for us. The unit is super clean and nice set up. Pictures don’t do it justice. The colors and decor are a little outdated but still in excellent condition. The mini split AC units are quiet and wonderful and there’s one in each room. Kitchen fully equipped and cabinetry was beautiful and lots of extras left For use like spices and utensils. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extras like coolers and beach chairs left for our use. Elevators and the common areas were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and I would rent again.

AMAZING!

Beautiful property and well maintained condo. Condo had everything we needed and the decor was perfect for the area. Seeing sea turtles in the water within minutes of checking in was an incredible treat. We will definitely seek out again in the future.

Great stay in Maui!

This home had everything we needed and was stocked well. The beds were comfortable, great shower water pressure, nice patio that overlooks the ocean. Very comfortable and welcoming stay. We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay in Maalaea. The condo is really well laid out with all the amenities provided. Most of our time was spent on the lanai with its amazing views of Maalaea Bay. We really loved the condo and would not hesitate to book there again.

Excellent Stay Nice Condo

Parking is assigned but very tight. Typical for Maui. Great location. Could see the turtles swimming from the balcony. Reported some minor pre-existing conditions and they sent someone over right away to handle them. It was nice although not my intention to have them repaired right away. Just wanted to report them so not to be blamed for them. Overall excellent stay.

Great oceanfront condo

Condo was great for a family vacation. Great location on Maui, beautiful grounds, well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. Plenty of beach gear in closet. Enjoyed morning coffee on lanai and heated pool. Easy walk to marina restaurants (try Tante's) and public beach.

Central Location

Property is perfect for family that wants to experience the whole island, as it is close to all. Day snorkel trip should be booked out of Maalaea Harbor as you are less than a block away. Air conditioning is slow to cool, breeze in afternoon helps to cool off the unit. Lanai is perfect for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings.

The unit itself was good for a group of 5. 2 full rooms with bathrooms and a couch that folds out. Good AC, good view of the ocean. However, the cleanliness of the spot left a bit to be desired. The towels I used seemed to not be the cleanest. One had hairs all over it and felt damp or dirty. Another one even had dried blood on it. I ended up getting new towels at Target for the trip, and pick up additional TP/paper towels while you're there. I appreciated there was cheap laundry on premise that accepted cards too.

Perfect location and perfect for whale watching!

Absolutely perfect location. I never thought about staying in Maalaea before but so glad we did. We were centrally located to everything. The lanai was perfect for whale watching, for listening to the ocean, and for relaxing. Killer views!! Plenty of room for 4 people. The kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking we wanted to do. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards. More than enough linens for our stay. Laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use. We saw an abundance of whales and turtles right from the lanai. The sunrise over Haleakala every morning was breathtaking. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We will stay here every time we visit Maui if possible. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful stay. Not only was the property owner easy to communicate with but also the property management. Our place was beautiful and had a great kitchen and wonderful bedding. We watched whales leap out of the water and enjoyed the tiki torches that were lit at night.

Beautiful Facilities

We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas Holidays 2019. We loved being so close to the Ocean Centre. The property was clean and quiet. We are recommending this property to family and friends. I was so impressed with how fully equipped the kitchen was and I prepared many meals that we then ate on the balcony watching Haleakala at sunrise and sunset. The condos ocean front view was a dream come true.

Great Maui Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this unit and complex. 2 Couples. There was a lot of room. The lanai had enough room for all of us to sit comfortably with a big table. The air conditioning was a big plus. The only thing we found a bit frustrating was the small size of the parking stall. Otherwise our stay here and vacation was wonderful. We would definitely rent this unit again.
