Everything about this day was perfect! The house was incredible and beautifully appointed with antique furniture and lots of conveniences like two Wi-Fi networks, lots of closet space, and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place! Four senior adults for this stay so no young family or kids with us. Lovely views of the canal! Nicely located for our outings. Taking the trash out on specific days for such a short stay was our only negative. Maps, boat schedules and validation information and train information would have been helpful. Venice was amazing. Our location was more amazing. No matter where we walked around the island we always somehow ended up by the apartment. Would love to stay for a full week next time so that we have more time to relax. The wifi went out for a day but the manager got the problem resolved.

Great location! Close to everything including dining, water taxis, shopping etc! The accommodations were large and very spacious and we felt safe. Bedrooms are large and ample room for everything. Could have used a more detailed cleaning in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again for the location alone.

I can’t say enough good things about this flat. The check-in was thorough with Sila. She showed us everything we needed to know about the place. The location was primo with a view straight out of a painting. 5 min from Rialto Bridge and more restaurants and shops than I could count. It was a pleasure to stay here. The place was exactly as advertised. So close to the S. Sebastian water bus stop, but also so quiet. Only woken up by a sea gull fight one morning, but that's to be expected ON the Grand Canal!
