I am so happy with my choice to stay here.. I will be staying here again in the future . Great great location the water taxi was directly across the bridge and for a city were you could only walk .. perfect location … no matter were you stay in Venice you will trek around with your luggage .. I got lucky with the location of the stop from the airport . I also traveled solo and felt safe and staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations. Love Venice.. ;) . Highly recommend.

Lovely, helpful staff. Every request was quickly solved. I especially liked breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal. The rooms are small but contain everything necessary. We were happy to accept the complimentary private water taxi to the glass factory and then on to Burano for lunch.
We booked this property for the location but were pleasantly surprized by how nice it was and how friendly the staff was. The staff spoke english and we were easily able to communicate. We were getting off a cruise ship and came packed with luggage. The front desk held the bags we werent using during our stay and even almoat the entire day we checked out since our train was leaving at 11pm and we didnt want to carry all the bags around with us. If you arrive by train with bags and dont want to carry them all the way there, porters are available at the station. Our prices were 60 euros for both of us and bags by water taxi or we walk with the guy for 35 euros. They are alao close to a water bus station so thats an option as well
so interesting having views of the grand canal from the room and breakfast area. the rooms were clean and well decorated. the staff was very helpful. beware, every time you want to walk from the hotel to another area, you have to go up and over the rialto bridge!!!! adds a bit to the journey! good restaurants on the hotel side with canal seating though~ loved that!
Easy to find from the Rialto Bridge, impressive modern and clean interior, friendly staff, good complementary breakfast, well put-together room, good bedding, and awesome rain shower head! Just too bad there’s no shower door or a lip on the shower floor edge to keep water from spilling into the bathroom floor. Use a rug. Towels were a bit too thin and we kept bumping into the towel rack from using the toilet. Also, we didn’t like coming back to an extra chilly room bc the AC default to 20 deg C when you leave. Otherwise, everything was great for this Venice hotel. Would recommend.
I was very impressed for the service rendered in the facility and the courtesy the employees displayed at all times. The hotel is very close to The Rialto bridge and close attractions in Venice.

Great Hotel, Great location I will recommed it! The hotel is small but rooms are great, there is a great view in the common areas to take awesone pictures. Will come back to this hotel!
Great location! Great stuff. Nice breakfast. The building doesn’t say anything from the outside but once inside it’s been remodeled and looks great. Great view to the Realto bridge from de breakfast area!!!
