We got an upgraded room for free, on the top floor with a canal view, after the staff had made a minor error in billing (which they caught and corrected even before I noticed it.) However, another room for two people in our party was also very nice. This hotel is a very short walk from the terminal for the buses from the airport, so you don't have to take your suitcases very far, and then you can walk or ride on the water everywhere in Venice. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was wonderful - larger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. Internet worked great. Our room looked out over the canal. The train station was directly across. Some might not want a view of the train station, but we loved the fact that we were able to easily walk to our hotel from the train station.

The hotel is amazing - just beautiful in a fabulous location and wonderful staff! From our check-in to our departure, the staff was phenomenal. We were upgraded to a junior suite facing the canal which offered picture perfect views. The staff’s restaurant recommendations were a 10! There is one area others have mentioned in reviews I ageee could be improved and that is the bed. The mattress is very hard. All in all,I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location perfect location perfect location. Very helpful staff. Good price. Couldn't get the heat to turn off. Give it an A.

Nice Hotel - very convenient, short walk from the Bus (from Airport was easy and only 8 euro each), and right across from the train station, as we left to take train to Florence. Vaporetto was right there as well. Close enough to the flavor and feel of Venice. I debated getting a hotel more centrally located, but overall was very happy with the hotel and location.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a beautiful city, and a great place to come back to after walking around all day. We paid extra for a view of the canal, and it was worth it. There were amazing views from all windows.

I read all the reviews before we made our reservation and also took note of the 2017 best in service award they received from trip advisor. They lived up to all the glowing reviews. So charming and lovely in a perfect location within comfortable walking distance but away from the mobs of people near St Marks square. Gondola stop right in front if the hotel. It was super clean and quiet and excellent breakfast. They made our transfer via water taxi to the airport which was right on time and on our way out she even put together a to go bag of breakfast items without us even asking! Above and beyond!

Wonderful staff, wonderful room, awesome bathroom facilities, great breakfast, incredible location... I have not much to say after this...

WOW IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN VENICE PLEASE I RECOMMEND HOTEL CANAL GRANDE AND ANTIGUE FIGURE. THESE ARE SISTER HOTELS AND THEY ARE CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF THAT HELPED WITH ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD ON HOW TO GET AROUND. BREAKFAST ALWAYS SET UP ON TIME AND GOOD FOOD. CLOSE TO TRAIN AND BUS AND AWAY FROM NOISE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

We chose this hotel for one night post cruise due to convenient location to Marco Polo airport. Upon arrival at 10 am we were greeted by Alessandro and immediately felt as we were longstanding very treasured friends. He welcomed us very warmly immediately assured that the room will be ready by 11am and meanwhile offered either to stay in the hotel or gave us lots of great suggestions for exploring surrounding areas. The room was very beautiful, sparkling clean and the staff was always asking if there was something else we might need. Breakfast was great, service amazing. Would highly recommend . Asya.

This was my first time in Venice and I wasn’t sure about where to stay, whether I was going to run into problems, etc… I have to say that my experience with this hotel was amazing. Great location – it’s very close to all the hot places but it retains its charm & it’s not overwhelmed with tourists. The hotel is right on the Grand Canal with amazing views. The staff was incredibly friendly & trustworthy – they took good care of us and went out of their way to accommodate us. They helped us with directions and answered all of our questions. Breakfast in the morning was great, and the staff prepared fantastic cappuccinos. The rooms were very clean & luxurious. Everything went smoothly with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this place; I would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing staff! So friendly and helpful. They arranged for us to have an early breakfast on our checkout day. Their espresso/cappuccino is delicious...some of the best we had in Italy...and they offer great fresh baked pastries, along with meats, cheeses, and fresh fruit and yogurt too. Breakfast was included and enjoyed al fresco but there is a nice dining room too. Room was spacious and very very clean. Beds are firm/hard but we found that in every Italian city visited. We had a room without a view, which was great for sleeping...quiet & dark. Very convenient location for transit. We arrived by train...5 minute walk. We departed by bus to Marco Polo...also 5 minute walk. 20-30 minute walk to Rialto/San Marco. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The service here is over and above! Excellent! The location is marvelous, close to the train and bridge to cross the grand canal to get to the hotel. Super close to lots of shops and eating but just enough distance to feel like your in a quite residential neighborhood in Venice. The one improvement I would suggest is updating the beds and bedding. Not the greatest. Everything else, loveily~

Bar none, the Best Coffee in Europe -- and oh, by the way, the Customer Service is as good as the coffee. Great location. If you're going to Venice, book this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

It only takes one person to consistently wow you, to make your entire stay shine. The blonde gentleman behind the front desk did just that. The hotel was about 1-2 minutes walk to the train station. I loved the outdoor seating on the canal. I had the privilege of staying in their residential suite down a charming little road, on the side of hotel. This suite, of course was fabulous.

very good location and kind staff canal view is good and They prepared a beakfast early mornig.

The hotel was located right across the train station which made it easier when we arrived in Venice. We carried our luggage over the bridge and arrived at the hotel with the entire day ahead of us to explore the city! At the hotel, we were upgraded to the junior suite which we were excited about, one of the larger rooms we stayed at during our trip to Italy. The WIFI worked great, the breakfast was good with the staff always asking if we wanted coffees or cappuchinos. The staff was very helpful as well.

Friendly staff, good location, just opposite the train station. Good WIFI

very nice hotel, close to everything.this is a small hotel right on the canal, it's fours floors with an elevator. We had a balcony room on the third floor, overlooking the grand Canal and everything that was going on in Venice. The staff is excellent, very courteous very friendly and very helpful. Morning breakfasts consisted of many pastries hard-boiled eggs, juices and coffee. There is also a small bar in the front of the hotel. We really liked our stay there.

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived from a cruise ship at 10 am but they put us in a room right away and insisted we take advantage of the breakfast buffet (very good). Our room (a triple = king) overlooked the Grand Canal. We chose the hotel because it was close to the Pza Roma and we had an early flight the next day. San Marco Square is only a 20 minute walk through a lively shopping & restaurant area. That evening we asked about local restaurants and ended up having a great meal. It was nice to spend some time where the locals hang out and live. The next morning our taxi driver arrived on time and helped us carry our luggage to Pza. Roma. I highly recommend this hotel.
