Great location and a cute little hotel to use as your base for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Was the second time I've stayed there (20-years after the first time). I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We were in the family suite in the annex building. The room was stunning in design and absolutely spotless! The location was wonderful, right on the Canal and across the canal from the train station. We had a beautiful junior suite that was spacious and faced the canal. The staff was amazing. They carried bags when the lift was being repaired, arranged transportation to the airport, gave directions, made dinner reservations, and even packed us breakfast to go for an early morning flight. It was lovely in every way and we highly recommend.
