Perfect for Biennale visitors! I was so happy with the location. The staff were kind and full of good advice. My room had a balcony which was so lovely. The bed was comfortable. If you want an authentic experience, this is the place. I did not do the hotel breakfast so I have no opinion regarding the food.

The location is right around the corner from train station, right in front of canal and walking distance to shopping. The service in hotel is impeccable and very safe and honest staff. Luigi the supervisor is very nice and accommodating

The staff was very professional and willing to assist if needed. The lady’s serving breakfast where very pleasant and always smiling anxious to be helpful serving us politely. Rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
