While the rooms were clean and great, I was not happy with the check-in experience. One expects some smile and warmth at check-in especially after a 9 hour flight. The lady seemed flustered and told us to go to our room without telling us which room we were in or on which floor and without handing us our key cards. I also sensed a lack of courtesy. Surprisingly she seemed all gung-ho with the guest before us. So I am not sure what about us ticked her off.
