Disappointed with the customer service and hotels.com response. I changed the booking on the app before the deadline (Dec 12) and didn’t receive any emails about the original booking, nor the change. When I checked in the girl assured me she would change the booking to one night and that someone else booked the check in to avoid a no show. This was not corrected, and no other person was able to help. Will not be staying here again and will reconsider my bookings on hotels.com.

My flight was delayed and I arrived after check-in hours, but she was incredibly kind and still welcomed me without hesitation. She even went above and beyond by offering complimentary two hour late check out, her warmth and willingness to help turned a tiring travel experience into a pleasant one.
