We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this hotel by far was our worse experience. We booked an accessible room. It was on the 3rd floor and the only thing accessible about it were the handicap rails by the toilet and the bathtub. The toilet was not handicap height and bathroom sink could not be used if sitting in a wheelchair. A wheelchair could not maneuver in the room nor get over the door threshold without assistance. The bathroom floor was extremely filthy. There was newer carpet but the blackout curtains were dirty and ripped. The elevator had a sign on it that said, "For safety please limit to 2 people or 1 family." That definitely didn't make us feel safe to use it! Breakfast was not good quality. Scrambled eggs were dry, sausage was awful, very limited fruit selection. Only positive for breakfast was a waffle maker and juice. Our first morning, there was no milk for cereal. The hotel is clearly understaffed. It was difficult to find anyone if you needed anything. But the young man that ran the front was very kind and helpful, when you could find him. He was the only positive part of our stay. The outside is obviously undergoing renovations. The parking lot was well lit but location was not great. Definitely do not recommend this hotel nor will we ever stay there again.

Awful.

Didn’t end up staying. Tried two rooms. They were dirty and had a musty smell. One toilet didn’t work and a light was out in another. Went down the street to another hotel

Okay so black and white. The hotel was clearly just bought. The roped up signage is clearly over the previous logo which made the hard evidence of this was just taken over. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room wasnt bad. Clean room, bed in good condition. It looks run down but you can tell their picking up skeletons from the pervious establishment. Breakfast didn't have much of variety but had the generic quick stuff like yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes. The site says pool but it was definitely in disarray so they have one, just not usable unless they hired a pool company after i stayed. This trip was a quick one to sleep while we continued west so i can't say much about the area other than there's a Walmart directly across the street.
