Had only a one day stay during a longer trip through the Banff and Jasper areas. Staff was great, accommodated an early check out and provided transportation down the mountain. Luggage was sent up the gondola separate when we arrived and was waiting in our room after a hike. Front desk at the bottom of Gondola and at the front desk of the Hotel were outstanding. We will be back for sure!

Great location for ski in-ski out at Sunshine. We had a fantastic stay for summer skiing! The after hours shuttle to and from the base was very useful. We also loved the large hot tub and nightly S’Mores. The staff were universally friendly and helpful. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful location with acres of hiking trails. Gondola ride up to lodge was fantastic. Room was clean, staff were amazingly helpful, and restaurants had a great ambiance. We had brunch but it was more of a continental style. Is a destination and not a casual drive-in location. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful mountain lodge! First time we had to ride a gondola up a mountain to get to our room. The gondola ride and the beautiful lakes and hiking trails are worth the cost of the rooms themselves. Great service too! Free bear spray available on loan and free s'mores in the evening were nice touches.
