Great on the river house

We loved our weekend at this adorable house. They did such a cute renovation & thought of everything! So many spaces for hanging out - loved the fire pit & kayaks. Would definitely come back. It was perfect for extended family gathering for graduation weekend!

Beautiful home on the river

Home and property were excellent. Beautifully decorated, great kitchen. Outdoor fire pit by the river was a highlight as well as the outdoor patio. Great communication with the owners.

Wonderful property in Spokane

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Spokane with our family. The property was clean, well maintained, and tastefully updated. It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane.

Nice small house on the river. Property manager was attentive and nice. Biggest downer is that the house is next to a smelly power plant.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at the river club. It is a beautiful property within an enjoyable walking distance to other conveniences. We arose each morning to see crew teams rowing the Spokane River. Lovely neighborhood and the home is well stocked with amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The hosts are wonderful and do everything to make your stay perfect. We were also working and found the WiFi was exceptional - from the house all the way down to the riverfront. It was a great stay!

Our family stayed at the Waterfront, the house was super clean, stocked with all our needs, the setting is beautiful and my family had an incredible weekend together, we would definitely recommend the Waterfront.

Nice Stay

Beautiful home, yard, and views of the Spokane River ~ we truly enjoyed our time here. The home would definitely benefit from a deep clean and handyman visit, but was otherwise lovely.

Beautiful place

I would hve given it 5 stars but I assumed the house was all air conditioned and it was not. They had units that kept the two back bedrooms cool and one in the living room which was adequate. The master bedroom was hot the fan n cooling unit they had did not keep the bedroom cool and it was a very hot week when we were there. Kitchen and dining area was warm. But we ate outside in the lovely outside area with huge table and fan. Aside from the heat the house was beautiful, location great right on the river. We just picked a very hot week.

Amazing House!

We selected this house for a family vacation while visiting our son at Fairchild Air Force Base. The house and property is perfect for a get away. Super clean accommodations, comfy furniture and beds. We loved the design of the house, interior and exterior. Thank you for having all of the residential basics on hand in the kitchen and baths including dish washer, clothes washer and coffee pods! Margaret the host was so nice and easy to communicate with. We look forward to our next visit - we will certainly book this lovely house again!

Beauty on the River

We rented this home for a school event, a place we could enjoy communicate if classmates while we gave final presentations in a masters program. This was the perfect place to stay for the day and hang out, enjoy the sunshine and the beautiful outside decor of this home! The hosts were accommodating and communicative. We’re already planning our next day!!

little slice of heaven

“So happy we found the little slice of heaven to call home for the last few days, we came in to visit some family and could host a small bon fire every night and rewind about good time. We we skiing at mount Spokane while we were there, it’s a car hop away, about 30 mins. The hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with. You could tell they really go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Thank you Max and Margaret! We will be back!”

Was the perfect place to stay as we came to town to meet friends and ski the local mountains.

Mt Spokane is only 40 min from this house. Also easy to get to Silver Mt, 49° N. ,Look Out Mt. This home is very comfortable, clean and quiet. Looks just like the pictures. Easy walk to restaurants, bar and bakery. We plan on coming back. Would be so fun I’m the summer being right on the water. Truly has lots to offer year round. Host were a dream to work with.

Superb stay

Gee whiz! What a stay. . . Perfect little get away that matches that perfect combo of homey and tranquil. Even in the winter, the river club sustained its charm as shown in the pictures and we found ourselves going out to fire pit to take in the view of the river. All in all, perfect middle ground between “getting-away-from-it-all” and just a stone’s throw away from I90 that’ll get you to downtown Spokane in 10min. We really enjoyed the home, the neighborhood and our entire stay. Max and Mary were fantastic hosts and were super responsive when I needed anything even an emergency plunger. Highly recommend the river club for anyone buzzing through town.

So clean & Bright

I loved our stay on Max & Margaret's river home. Their home is cozy with a stunning view of the river. The kitchen is well equipped and the room sizes are larger than they look in the photos. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. (that's important to me!) Max & Marg were wonderful and responsive hosts. We will definitely be back.
