Service from the staff was exemplary. There were only two downsides. the condition of the room was the first. We booked a suite - but the room had obvious signs of wear and tear which was disappointing. The second was the executive lounge. The selection of food was much more limited compared to previous times when we have visited.

Everything was amazing. We were greeted by an excellent front desk staff member who ensured we were able to check in early. She provided a lot of great information to make sure we were able to enjoy things such as our breakfast. The view is amazing especially at night!
