The airport shuttle is NOT 24 hours as advertised. I got there, asked about the shuttle because there was a piece of paper taped to the reception counter saying the shuttle is only open for limited hours. I asked them if this was true, and they said yes and proceeded to check me in. I told them I can’t stay if there isn’t a shuttle available, and asked to cancel or not complete my reservation because I needed the shuttle, and that’s why I booked in the first place. They didn’t stop the check in process when I informed them I won’t be able to stay, and handed me a keycard. Once being checked in completely, I couldn’t cancel my reservation online. Because of the shuttle issue, I needed to check in to a completely different hotel. So I had to fully pay for a room I didn’t even set foot into on top of another hotel for the night. The staff was less than helpful and had no empathy for what had happened.

Check-in receptionist was not friendly, we did not feel welcome. Room was clean. They charged us $50.00 deposit, which was no problem but they only refunded $38.xx. I called to find out why and I was explained they charge for parking. There was no explanation at all about parking fees. First time in my life I have to pay for parking at a hotel.

The inn is very close to the airport, which is why I chose it. They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. Unfortunately I had to take a taxi ($21 for a unwalkable 0.5 mile ride) to the inn because the shuttle didn’t pick me up at the van area although I called twice. I gave it 45 minutes then chose the taxi option.
