You could tell there was water damage by the bathtub surrounding wallpaper. Was kept up all night by the floor above us stomping their feet even at 12:30 at night. Wish they had info packets or brochures in room.

Had to change rooms at 3:30 in the morning because their heating system was so loud we couldn't sleep it was this terrible dripping noise condensation noise coming down the heater system I went down to the main desk and she finally admitted that they other customers were complaining and that they had gotten a new heating system so they moved us to a different room on the higher floor and then because of their new heating system their HVAC on the roof was so loud it was like a freight train so that kept us up for the rest of the night along with every time the heater fan would come on across the room from the thermostat that wasn't really compatible, you could tell, it would wake you up because it was so loud so I'm asking for my money back and I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel they also lied to me the next day when I was supposed to get a call from the manager to take care of this and she did not call me and the girl at the desk when I called after I got home she blew me off and so I called Expedia and they expedited it for me and I should hear something back in 72 hours. I would not suggest anyone staying at that hotel. You will not get any sleep until they fix their huge issue.

Overall it was an average experience. For the price and location, I can't complain too much, but unfortunately I cannot rate it higher than 3 stars. If you show up an hour or 30 minutes before breakfast ends, they start running out of food, and they do not refill. My phone was ringing in the middle of the night for no reason. Also, I had water dripping outside of the AC unit right on the window ledge, making it a very loud and obnoxious sound even though it was not raining at all. When I arrived, I got the wrong room so I had to relocate. Again, overall I was content but not amazed by any means.

Rooms were very clean and had a good amount of towels. The security is very good. The pool was only 4 feet but I guess that’s good for safety. Overall good stay big lobby area, and the reception lady was very nice.
