Room smelled horrible and it was filthy, the AC was so clogged with dirt we didn’t want to turn it on

Expedia communicated with me that I would be in a non-smoking room. When I arrived to the property at 3am, I was told that the only room available was a smoking room. The smell was awful and not only that, but the room was dirty. There were several bugs in the bathroom that I had to kill. The air conditioning unit was also broken. Overall it was an awful night and I didn’t feel safe. When checking in at 3am by myself- a man wandered onto the property and was talking to me. I felt very very uncomfortable and the manager at the front desk seemed unbothered. I would have rather slept at the airport.

I was pleasantly surprised of the spacious accessible adjoining rooms. It was ideal for myself, and Caregiver. Would love to see more hotels with similar quarters. I also like the airport pickup. Location of hotel is a plus.

Room looked like some busted out a wall to ad a second bed Beds were Murphy style hide-a-bed legs Floor tile near the tube was loose and moved when you stepped on it No safety mate in tube/shower Parking spots were tiny

My employees were working out of town. I set up a double room. One bed had NO MATTRESS!! They asked for a new room and were told they would have to wait and see if anyone else cancelled. They asked for a mattress. They were told there were no more mattresses. This is HORRIBLE service!!! I can't believe they would rent a room WITH NO MATTRESS!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I killed a bug in the bathroom I did like that they have airport shuttle service.

The property backs up to a sketchy trailer park. There are homeless people milling around the parking lot. Inside my room, the carpet is discolored and the walls are dirty. My bedsheets MIGHT be clean, but are also discolored and have stains on them. The bathroom floor is chipped in multiple spots. Overall, i think i have stayed in quite a few hostels nicer than this room.

It was smelly, run down, stained bedding. It looked like a place you'd rent for a half hour. We walked by rooms with stained curtains and cats in the windows. People lived in some rooms. It was disgusting.

This property is certainly below par.. First I had to pay a tax $25 to get from SEATAC to the hotel... I was informed by the desk that there was a shuttle but it would likely take more than two hours to pick me up. Property was below standard that I am used to...perhaps a one star property... The continental breakfast was okay...muffins and toast with coffee and milk... But, the property was like... I was not sure I wanted to touch anything in the room... I know check out time was 11 PM... but a guy knocked on my door and said it was 11:30, an hour past checkout...and in reality it was only 10:30.. not sure if he was just confused as to the time or just trying to rush me out of the room. I would not stay there again... and I will be very cautious the next time I book a reservation at a knights inn...

I couldn’t stay at this hotel. My family drove me there to drop me off. We checked in, but we all felt it wasn’t safe and the room wasn’t clean. There were holes in the walls, fire alarm hanging from ceiling. Dust everywhere and hair in the sink. We decided to leave and find a different hotel. I would really appreciate a refund. The room was big, but it should be renovated. Old furniture and defect curtains. The Seat Cover Looks dirty and old,

No breakfast. It says continental breakfast, all they had was coffee and bread with jam, that's not continental breakfast.... there were no waffles or juice or cakes,

Stay this motel twice. First Stay : Room was not Bad except floor (not cleaned). Second Stay : Room was terrible . Tiny toilet bowl, Occasionally strange smell like p**, Curtains not Cover all portion of the window.
