The room wasn't clean. Curtains Windows floor shower dirty not recommendable at all the staff are friendly the hotel are On a busy street i mean packed street to order an uber or a taxi the wait time 10 to 15 minutes and thereid's destination I will take 30 to 40 minutes for a distance of 3 to 4 miles.

The room we stayed in was in poor condition. The flooring was broken and laminate had cracks and tripping hazards. The light switch did now properly work and had difficulty turning on the light. The water tap was in reverse. I was not impressed!!!

The room had a very odd window that goes into the walkway. Every time someone walks past light shines in the room. Never seen anything like it. The breakfast was great.

Shower was lukewarm at best. Also, Heater for room did not turn on. Furthermore, sloping of floor in shower was too mild. Had to put down towel to prevent flooding. Otherwise room was surprisingly large with a patio. If not for this, rating would be 1 star.

I gave this rating to Country Inn and Suites because there is no elevator in the building that we were staying at and the building had 3 stories. So starting at 5am I would hear people dragging their suitcase down the stairs to check out the hotels to catch their flight as the hotel in near the airport. In addition, starting at 6:30am, either the housekeeper or the custodian was making so much noise in the hallway with their trash bags, and emptying out trash receptacles I finally gave up sleeping and got up to start my day. The only enjoyable experience I had was the breakfast. The breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. Would I stay there again? In a pinch, I suppose I would as it is convenient, but the other nicer hotels would have to be sold out for me to go back. Sorry!

Junior suite Room layout was very odd. Downstairs for main bathroom, 2 seats and a desk. Up very narrow stairway to bed area and half bath. Going up and downstairs for clothes or to shower is difficult.

A very clean establishment. Always someone around to help if needed. 1 Front desk person seemed stressed, uncaring; recommended an unprofessional tour company. Room should be redesigned with comfortable, newer furniture. Only one toilet on 2 floors? Really? No utensils in room for stirring coffee, no paper for cleaning up. Had to leave room and go to restaurant to heat up take out. Must buy water unless you drink tap, price wasn't discounted for guests, either. A beautiful place for the money, but needs to step up in some areas.

Me gusta este hotel por su precio, ubicación y excelente servicio al cliente. Tomo el autobús desde el aeropuerto y de ida y vuelta a San José, que es barato. Tienen los precios más bajos de la zona y siempre he tenido una experiencia agradable hablando con el personal. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas. No son perfectas, pero están limpias y el aire acondicionado y la televisión funcionan bien. También uso el gimnasio de vez en cuando. La piscina y otras comodidades son geniales. No desayuné durante esta estancia, pero sí lo he hecho en el pasado. Todo está bien.
