All of the above...room was not ready after 3pm, staff was extremely rude, we were given the worst room in this hotel because we booked in Orbitz (typical) and this was supposed to be a VIP property. There is no elevator and we are in the 3rd floor with many bags. Wifi was useless. Extremely dirty, grounds rooms, stairs are all broken and chipped, unsafe. I've stayed at Motel 6 before which this placeakea look like a 5 star hotel. Worst experience in Costa Rica, will never book Radisson ever again!!!

The room was good for one night, the bed was comfortable. We were on the third floor with no elevator and when we arrived to our room the door was wide open and there was a mop and broom sitting inside. The sheets and towels were clean but the floor clearly had not been cleaned so we cleaned it.
