The room wasn't clean. Curtains Windows floor shower dirty not recommendable at all the staff are friendly the hotel are On a busy street i mean packed street to order an uber or a taxi the wait time 10 to 15 minutes and thereid's destination I will take 30 to 40 minutes for a distance of 3 to 4 miles.

NOT fancy- but clean…safe…central…speak English and have a FULL buffet bfast included! Good restos 2 minutes walk- and only 10-20 min from airport (depending on traffic) Why pay DOUBLE just to crash out on arrival night, or to get up early for return flight??

Hotel itself was not too bad. However, you can hear everyones footsteps since there arent many floors or a central elevator. Also it may have been a coincidence but we had some crazy loud people late at night that woke us up. We had an early flight before 5 am so the shuttle service, a big reason we chose the hotel, was not provided. We ended up having to pay an ubber to the airport, 20 dollars, which for some that could end up hurting their pockets. Staff overall seemed nice.

Close enough to the airport to be an easy place to stay after a late arrival, this hotel made us wish we had more time there before leaving for Manuel Antonio. The pool and the plants feel as tropical as they possibly could, and the breakfast bar was top notch too. Friendly staff, easy shuttle service, and really, all we could ask for at this price point for this sort of stay. Highly recommend it.

Had a few issues with the room - no fridge and the top security lock was missing (and the frame split where the door had been pushed in). A high concern, but they got me a fridge and repaired it with a new lock within 30 minutes. I was quite impressed with how quickly they resolved the issues.

CLOSE to the airport- great option when you get in on an evening flight! Price is great (<$100) & includes a GOOD buffet breakfast. Hot tip: use ALAMO rent a car- they will come TO THE HOTEL the next morning and deliver it FREE! Cristina is local contact and is AWESOME!

The staff was great. The room seemed that had not been cleaned recently since there were dust on the floors and all glass surfaces. The unit was nice and spacious. There were 2 ac units and one of them didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. The pool, restaurants and all areas seemed to be working fine. Just make sure to test everything right away. They told me they couldn’t move me to another unit because they didn’t have any other suite available, when I say I didn’t mind standard, they told me the whole hotel was full already.
