Room smelled stale and out of three days they only clean room once! Used their laundry service and got ripped off horribly in my opinion as was a small bag of laundry and they charged me massive where I could have bought 7 expensive bottles of detergent at home! Canadian! Restaraunt is stupid expensive and paid huge USA for a chicken curry dish with an iced tea which is like way more in Canadian! Won’t ever stay at a Hilton hotel ever again especially after seeing they would t allow ICE agents to stay there, if people knew the corruption from these illegals they be all for their removal

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were generally very friendly. However, unfortunately, we did not have a good overall experience during our stay. We stayed for two nights and noticed that basic amenities such as hair conditioner and Kleenex were run out in the room. While this may seem like a small issue, when you are traveling with children who are not feeling well, these details can make a big difference. When we asked for a spoon or fork, a restaurant employee informed us that they could not provide one because we were not dining there, which was disappointing. In the middle of the night, a false fire alarm went off. Staff mentioned that this had never happened before, but it was very difficult to fall back asleep afterward. Additionally, the shower knob in our room was broken, making it very hard to get warm water. Since our kids were under the weather, a cold shower was especially uncomfortable. A maintenance staff member kindly tried to help around 10 p.m., but the issue could not be resolved. We ended up taking cold showers and did not push the matter further because we had an early flight the next morning. Despite all of these issues, we were not offered any compensation. Instead, our bill increased for reasons that were unclear to us. We also have not receive our receipt from the hotel yet.
