Cleanness Also very dusty and needs cleaning and painting

The property has no elevators which is hard if you have problems walking. We needed shuttle To the airport for 15 people and they seemed very concussed in the morning. Signs at the breakfast were in Spanish only English would be helpful for those with dietary needs.

Very loud highway noise. Unable to rest all night long esp in the 100 rooms. Need to may to help from being so loud

Well, we were greeted by Melissa at the front desk. She was a professional, courteous, knowledgable and very beautiful woman. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were very soft. The room was also very clean. The view was overlooking the pool with a beautiful view of the mountains also. The food was good but it is an acquired taste because of some items. I am an American and some items (for me) are better suited for lunch rather than breakfast. Example rice and beans. On our departure, I needed some colones and Melissa was there again to assist me. I wasn't very happy about the $100 deposit on the room and it hasn't been refunded to me yet but I'm sure it will be soon. Still not sure what that's for but it's all good. The hotel in a p pretty good location. Very good experience, thank you.

Wonderful hotel!! The staff is amazing! I lost my keys and they helped me find them above and beyond what you would expect. It’s spotless and beautiful. Good restaurant and also close ones within walking distance. Wish I would have stayed here my whole time in CR

I have stayed in hotels that were way more expensive and not as nice as this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The landscaping was beautiful!

When we checked in for 2 of our 2 bedroom suite with a king bed and 2 double beds, we were told we had to pay extra for additional people. It was late and we had young children who were tired of waiting. There were no elevators and we needed help with a lot of luggage. After 30 min. Our suite had plumbing problems so we were given a different inferior room with 2 double beds. My husband and i werent comfortable sleeping in a double bed. I requested another comparable room or an additional roll away.

Good property to stay at a fair price, location to airport is excellent, only down side was the attendant at the breakfast was rude when we were eating almost cleaning our table before we were finish eating and place was not full or our table really needed

Free airport shuttle and breakfast were a plus. Location was within walking distance to a market and restaurants.

This was a perfect place to stay in San Jose. Airport shuttle was free and super easy to arrange. Tour operators picked us up from hotel lobby. Rental car (Adobe) was delivered and picked up for free from the hotel. Breakfast was yummy and available at 6AM. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean property. Safe available in room. Nice views.

Nice breakfast and pool area. Bed linens were not super clean. Hair and dirt was noticed.

We stayed twice - once in the new wing and once in the old. Both were comfortable and clean. The on site restaurant has a great included breakfast. Dinner service was a bit slow but the food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We will be happy to stay there again next time in San Jose.

I have stayed in hotels that were way more expensive and not as nice as this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The landscaping was beautiful!
