Front desk clerk didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Didn’t tell us much, like parking or the fact we could use the YMCA.m next door, or the check out time. We left early anyhow. Breakfast offering was incredibly weak - pastry and bad coffee creamers. Pillows left me with a horrible creak in my neck, very little sleep. We stayed at Harbor Court last time and will go back to it.

Location is fantastic for public transportation, rooms are basic with slight clinical feel. A bit claustrophobic with a window that faces a brick wall. And light leaking a bit through the curtains the whole night. Breakfast croissant were stake. Location was fantastic though.

We love the location to the Ferry terminal, SF Giants stadium, China Town, North Beach and pier 39 all a very easy walk. Very clean and extremely comfortable bed. Great shower head and water pressure!! Our 3rd time to stay here.
