Stuff is not ready for acceptance of many guests. Breakfast was always missing either eggs or something else. Had to wait for 10-20 minutes until new coffee or food batch is ready. Was a waste of time in the morning. 4th floor was filled with weed smell and some shady people walking around. Not happy with sucha brand to be that not organized.

Wonderful location, lovely atmosphere, and excellent staff. Haryana, our breakfast attendant, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was good with an excellent, attentive service. The hotel made a wonderful first impression. The hotel was exceptional in every way. The room’s amenities and comfort were excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaint I have that despite requesting a housekeeping service twice from the receptionist, the hotel did not provide it. We found the room to be untidy and disliked it.
