We enjoyed our stay, really nice & clean except some slight mildew in the shower! Seems like a light diluted bleach spray would solve the problem! Breakfast bar was excellent, staff was great, felt safe in the parking lot!

Property was good, Breakfast lady was very attentive and helpful. It is nice to see that not only this property but most of the Holiday Inns that we've stayed at recently have heeded my countless messages about the bathroom mirrors being too high. I can now see my face and shoulders whereas before I could only see the top of my head. THANK YOU! At this last stay I informed the receptionist as I left that the grab bar by the toilet in Room #118 was loose. Hopefully that will be fixed by the next time we come true Roswell in a few months. Your hotels are my preferred hotels because of the consistent high standards in your ADA rooms. Again, Thank you!

Extremely dirty, they don't clean the pool area. I could see the floor hasn't been cleaned in months, hair, earrings, toilet paper, dirt, cloudy water and rust on windows, doors, shower doors, etc. It was disgusting.
