If you’re driving to Carlsbad or back to Santa Fe, this is a very budget motel that does the job to sleep over night. The room was fine but there’s no soap and the hallways are dirty and the back door is open all night creating a security concern. Lots of “out of order” signs for various things such as the ice makers. But for $65 worth these issues for me and my family for a 14 hour stay.

Coffee is sporadic at best between 6-9 am. Your breakfast choice is donuts from Walmart, sporadic muffins, honey buns, cereal. No juices, not even a waffle maker. Towards the end of our stay, someone knocked on our door then immediately opened our door, we hollered as i was not dressed yet. She wanted to know what day we were checking out. Dont they have a computer system for that or enough scruples to wait for us to answer the door. We were in a room with 2 queen beds, one sank in quite a bit, kind of like a hammock, we used that to hold our luggage and such. Other bed was decent. I went upstairs to do a load of laundry, noticing the stairs had not been vacuumed in a while. The guest laundry looked as tho someones pillow exploded. Needless to say, we found a laundromat in town.

Just needed to sleep!

First timers we were traveling thru and were sleepy and needed a place to stop. Very accommodating. In a pinch a good spot. Slept enough to continue our travels

The staff were polite. The bed was comfortable! Shower was cold , the toilet was clean but the rest of the bathroom was not, the floor was dirty and the tub was dirty. Obviously not cleaned from prior use. Soap scum on tub and bits of "stuff" on shower walls. Carpet in room dirty with stains. Breakfast was just junk. With the exception of apples. Coffee was bad, tea bags but no water. But comfy beds.

Aliens are green from to much tequilla.

It was great. All family members all shared one room with one bed . That's 8 in the family. The TV was big and we took turns really though I will rent again great motel ..
