One of the worst stays and we come to Roswell every year being vendors for the fair The manager made us feel unwelcome, followed us around the property, literally running up the stairs as we got into the elevator, watching us in the pool making it awkward, The beds didn't look so clean There are a few bugs in the room Someone came in our room while we were out and had used the bathroom and didn't flush it They locked us out of our room when we went to get breakfast mind you all of our belongings are still in the room and we weren't dressed only in pjs still The water was off when we check in and we weren't notified or anything had to discover on our own It came back on some point before we got back The manager and other men with him watch you if you are in a group of all females and kids No other guest of the hotel seemed to be treated like this I don't know if it was because we are of color or because of our group we are LGBT+ but we felt treated completely different and singled out and not welcome and disrespected I would not recommend even on a budget

Although it is obvious that there is remodeling going on, my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Having two restaurants right next door was very convenient after driving all day. Front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The price was surprisingly low!

Second time that we have stayed here and both times they didn’t have our room ready. Beds were horrible, not comfortable. Linen was very thin, no blanket to speak of, there were three of us, and we were only 2 sets of bath towels/cloths/ hand towels. Lighting in the room was not good at all, there was a coffee pot but now coffee or creamer, sugar or anything. The ac was not working well

the hallway smelled like a smelly dog, the room was ok and probably sprayed some scent to make it less obvious, i think the smell is coming from rug which seemed to be not taken care of & bed frame had iron beam poking out (safety issue). i would fork extra $20-40 and get better place if i could otherwise it’s what you get paid for and live with it.

Room smelled amazing! Sadly there was Debris in the room, I’m sure was over looked when cleaning! Also beds were comfortable. The shower curtain was a tad too short and created a mess in the bathroom when showering. The toilet handle was a bit wonky as well! The breakfast was nothing special but there was hot coffee and fresh fruit which was nice! There was just doughnuts served as breakfast. Didn’t try out the pool. The lobby was clean and kept. Check in was easy!

We appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of our stay, as well as the convenient location which we were planning around to move out. It was also of one the most affordable places in town! While we enjoyed our stay overall.
