The staff was friendly. There is a good amount of parking, lots of dining options, quiet safe area. The beds were excellent and the bathrooms were clean.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Just what we needed for a one night stop over. Room doors are on the outside of the building. It was fine for us but some people don't like that and I didn't know from the pics.
Our stay here was awesome! Super clean hotel with very friendly staff and our room looked just like the pictures. I was a little nervous about booking here because of the reviews mentioning remodeling but this wasn’t a problem at all. They are remodeling their dining room but they made adjustments and were still able to provide a hot breakfast, which really shows their level of care! I will definitely be coming back here.

This Best Western is a cool remnant from a nice hotel chain that is no longer making motels like they used to. I loved getting to park my car right in front of the room. I liked the decor, and the hotel is clean. While most every other hotel is making breakfast a not so fulfilling grab and go bag, this hotel still serves breakfast the old fashioned way...and it's covid safe since the guest does not touch any food until the employee serves it to him/her. And the employee who helped us for breakfast and check out was Amy, and she is super sweet and helpful. I was touched that Amy went out of her way to make sure we had a great visit. It's a nice hotel with a nice staff. Thumbs up. Good price as well. We would return for sure if we are ever in the area again and need a nice place to stay.

Very convenient for what we were doing in Roswell.
Conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. Safe, quiet, clean premises. Staff friendly, helpful. Good breakfast: coffee, juices, variety of muffins, toast, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt. Only downside were the beds--a little on the lumpy side but not a big deal for me, as my wife has some back trouble. Overall, a good, relatively inexpensive place to stay.
Motel has good eye appeal but rooms were older than exterior appearance. Air conditioning was load and blew on bed location.
Clean hotel, great placement. The parking lot and hotel is well placed off the highway. Breakfast is more than just toast and cereal, eggs and biscuits.
