Hotel is okay, overpriced and hall had a bad smell. Elevator was slowest known to man and made horrible noises. Room was kitchenette, which I didn't need at all, so was very small. The pool was more like a swampy pond and just gross. Breakfast was good and overall the place was okay but for the money there are plenty of other options ..one right next door.

the hotel was very nice. Loved having a full kitchen in the room, breakfast was also very sufficient

Upper midclass hotel. Probably one of best in Roswell. Would stay again

All went well from booking to checkout thank your for the great service

i visit Roswell for a week e dry July. I have tried the newest Holiday Inn, the Hampton Inn and right down the line....always I left disappointed for the money I spent. Towneplace Suites was my latest new try. I absolutely loved it. The Staff at the front desk greeted me sincerely e Rey time I came or went. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. What I have never experienced before was this...my first afternoon there were several large trays of gorgeous cookies out. Yes, other hotels sometimes offer cookies(though none of this quality) but the following afternoon there were three unbelievable layer cakes, chocolate, German chocolate and carrot cake. Are you sitting down? The 3rd day there was CHERRY PIE AND APPLE PIE. I literally laughed out loud at the sheer delight of it all. Go THERE!!!

We were in Roswell to see family for an extended weekend and booked one of the double queen suites. We had a few issues in our room including the toilet handle which broke and the compressor on the refrigerator was running very loudly. Desireé switched us to another room immediately with apologies. The second room was problem free. Desireé was, it seemed, on duty every time we walked by. She was extremely helpful and polite and very attentive. While at the pool, there were some family issues that had upset me, and she came out there with a bottle of water and a box of tissues. I was very touched by her concern. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we return to Roswell, we will stay there again.

This hotel is great! Staff was also very friendly and nice and helped us with all of our needs...Loved it, would highly recommend...We were hoping to see a UFO but not on this trip, maybe the next one...

We were in Roswell one night on a road trip. The TownePlace Suites is clean and sufficed for a decent overnight. Breakfast was fine, but unremarkable. The location is convenient to the main road, but far enough from the old downtown to make it not easily walkable. All of the restaurants nearby are large chains (IHOP, Applebee) or fast food. Neither the front desk staff nor the wall map nor any info provided by the TowneSuites mentioned the downtown area about a mile or so down the road. Really the location is great if you like strip mall.

Check in was at 4:00 pm, we arrived at 12:00 pm and the room was ready, very nice staff!

I was very impressed with the size and over all function of the room. I love having he kitchen and I did not need one extra thing for the room except the occasional towels. I had family stay in both a 2 queen room and also the 2 room suit. I will defiantly stay in this hotel again and will look for others like it when I travel.

We came to Roswell to visit family. This hotel provided a comfortable place stay between visits. Although we didn't use the kitchenette, the room was efficiently laid out. It would have been easy to spend several days there. My wife and enjoyed the included breakfast. It had your usual selection of juices, coffee, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt and waffles. The hotel lobby, room and breakfast area was very clean. We will definitely stay here next time we find ourselves in Roswell.

Room was great. Clean, brand new. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was a plus.
