We spent four nights here with another couple in a two-bedroom suite. It is an excellent hotel. The staff are terrific. Misty at the front desk was especially helpful when our travel plans were changed due to flight cancellations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was clean. My husband wished they'd had oatmeal every day but not having it was a great excuse for him to have waffles. We'd not realized that there was only one bath in the two bedroom suite. It's probable that I didn't read the description of the room carefully enough. That didn't prove to be a problem, though. The ample drawer space was helpful as it allowed us to unpack our suitcases. On our next visit to Roswell, this is where we'll stay.

We arrived the hotel on our way back from grand canyon to austin. We stayed overnight and continue our journey earling morning the next day. It was a comfortable stay, room was clean, staff was very friendly, having a kitchen makes it easier for us as we arrived late night. Breakfast was not much but enough to get us going.

The Roswell TownePlace Suites is an excellent place to stay. My husband and I stayed only overnight on the way to Santa Fe but I think it would be an excellent multinight stay. The rooms were super clean and the bathroom large and very light. The bed slept wonderfully. The kitchen and full size refrigerator would be very handy for a multi day stay. There was a very handy wooden tray that turned the ottoman into a very good eating table or bed tray. Loved it. The breakfast was hearty and quiet. We will take this route to Santa Fe every year from now on to stay here on the way out from our ranch.

From the moment I was checked in the staff were fantastic. The room was very clean and the king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. The small kitchen in the room was adequate to cook my dinner and the work space easily accommodated my needs. The outdoor pool provided me with another avenue of relaxation.

... They put breakfast out super early (much earlier than the normal Marriott schedule) and that gave us a serious break as we were embarking on a seven hour drive upon departing there before daybreak. Many, many, thanks to the other long-term shift-working guests that inspired them to do this. Otherwise, great and friendly staff. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. One little thing for Management: Why no towel rack in the bathroom sink area for the hand towel (room 313)?

Having stayed here for the second time, we think it is one of the best small hotels, very efficient layout of the rooms and very comfortable with a very efficient staff, really recommend this hotel if staying in Roswell!

Stayed a little over 3 weeks at this hotel. The staff from management to housekeeping to maintenance, and front desk are so friendly! They are full of local knowledge and are quick with a recommendations for food and play. I've stayed over 1,000 nights at Marriott properties and this is one of the most friendly and helpful. This property is very well kept up, you can tell the employees enjoy their work. When I'm in Roswell you'll know where to find me.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with pull out sofa bed. Dishwasher, stove top, full size fridge, sinks. The little hotel store was expensive. Breakfast was the same the 2 mornings we were there. But it was good enough for us. Fried eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, breads, fruit, juice, milk, coffee & yogurt. The outdoor pool was heated and clean. $509 for 2 nights is a bit pricey, but for a suite with 2 separate bedrooms, it was worth it. Our request for extra pillows was honored but the wake up call was almost an hour late. Luckily we woke up to our alarms. I was staying there for surgery in town. If I'd relied on the wake up call, I'd not have made it to the surgery center on time! Don't count on the snack offering in the evening. The night we arrived it was a tray of crushed granola and a Pepsi machine. We didn't bother checking the next night. Check in & check out was easy. Would stay there again. Elevator worked fine, room was quiet and ac worked very well.

Staff: 5 stars! They are fantastic! Location: close to many restaurants and a short drive to the UFO museum Rooms: I stayed in a king size bed smaller suite. The bed was comfy. The tv was a little small. The desk, kitchen area, couch area were all a nice touch. Bathroom sink area was small with minimal counter space. The bathroom was a good size overall. Breakfast: Needs more options and more attention. Coffee is ok. The oatmeal was often runny. Waffle machines are good. However, where is the fresh fruit like blueberries or strawberries for some waffles? They did have little packets of Nutella on hand some days. 2 hot items usually eggs and some type of sausage. A variety of cereal is offered. The fountain pop machine is left on all the time for guests. The pool area and workout areas are small but ok. The snacks for the guests are a nice touch. Popcorn machine is sometimes in use and available for guests. The patio area with a grill is awesome. I would stay here again. This is the best hotel in Roswell.

the staff here is excellent. I was here for business and we rented their conference room for 2 weeks. they were most helpful from the set up to making sure we got our packages delivered to us. the breakfast every morning was redundant times 10 (sausage and a fried pepper egg) but it was good non the less. overall it was very clean and well laid out.
