One of the best room arrangements I have encountered in a mini-suite. Late arrival was no problem, bed was VERY comfortable, and the bath/shower was downright luxurious. The whole suite had a spa feel and I would definitely stay there again.
The room was modern spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it was a little dirty. Carpets weren't vacuumed, and random things from previous guests were in the hotel. Bobby pins, monopoly play money, and sensual sketches of aliens in the visitor binder. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.
The hotel was very nice and more than I expected for the price i paid !
Great hotel. Very clean. Great price. Would stay here again.
Very nice rooms. I'd stay there again! It was worth it.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean and modern. The bed was very, very comfortable and the room was very clean. The only down side was the toilet was really short and we are not tall people. The breakfast bar was out standing and the staff were very pleasant. We were attending my 50th Roswell High School reunion. This is the 2nd. time we have stayed in this Hotel (our 45th reunion) and this stay was better than before. We really had a great time.
We had to decline 2 rooms before getting a satisfactory one. First one had dirt on floor and furniture. Second one was missing TV. Third room was OK. Breakfast Was good but coffee was horrible or cold all 3 days.
Great facility. Really enjoyed the hotel. It was a very nice hotel for a very good price.
Looks to be a pretty new hotel so everything was nice and attractive.
Our family had a very nice stay at the Hotel. We really enjoyed the time of togetherness and relaxation. Also our son really enjoyed the POOL!!
The overall stay was not bad. The room was clean, and the bed was very nice. When I booked the room I listed my credit card. When we arrived I asked if it was okay that my boyfriend pay with his card and they agreed, swiped his visa and we went up and to bed. The next morning we had a paper at our door stating the charges and we noticed that they had charged my master card. At check out we asked the gentleman who had actually checked us in the night before and he apologized and said he would reverse it. The next day (still on vacation) we checked our accounts and found that he did not reverse the charge on my boyfriend visa ($113.50) and actually charged my master card AGAIN( 2x$113.50). Talk about an inconvenience. I called the hotel only to be told that there was not a manager on duty during the weekends and I could leave her a message to call me back. She did but only to say that all the charges were normal and to just wait out the refund process that could take up to 7-10 business days! Now I know that to some people $340 may not seem like much but to me it put a huge inconvenience on the rest of my trip since I had $227 that was taken out of my account in which I had intended on using for the rest of my trip. I will definitally remember this the next time I travel through Roswell and I will NOT be staying at the comfort suites since they think there is no harm in charging a young couple 3TIMES for a one nights stay that we only used for 9.5 hours. PLEASE SEEK ANOTHER HOTEL
Our granddaughter attended New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI). Each time we attended her activities with other family members we stayed here. We brought our 23 month old great grand daughter and the personnel made accommodated her needs for milk and a crib to sleep in. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean.
Staff very friendly but hard to find staff at "Guest Desk" when I arrived and when I checked out. Everything else ok.
Great Staff. Free breakfast, very good. Great parking. Clean rooms.
Refrig was not cleaned out. Room was not cleaned up for 2nd day and no fresh towels supplied. Clock did not work. Limited TV channel selections. Desk personnel need training on explaining daily rate and tax charges. Bathroom toilet seat was loose to a hazard. Bathroom tile at seams need re-finishing/repair.
I just found 4 more charges from this hotel. I was on the phone with them when 3 of the 4 showed up. I was charged for 2 days I was not even there. Trying to charge me another $500.00 and I am not even there. and they say it is not their problem and be cause I booked through Oritz, it is on them. I will not stay at this hotel in Roswell again.
I stay in Roswell often and always end up back at the Comfort Suites. Although they are almost on the outskirts of town the value and amenities offered at the Comfort Suites more than makes up for it. They have the best pool/hot tub area in town, the best free hot breakfast, there is always coffee available in the lobby, the staff is curteous and effecient, and the rooms are fantastic! Super comfortable beds, ipod/iphone docks, 2 tvs, rain showers, a pull out couch in the sitting area, all for $59 a night plus tax, and when I extended my visit, my rate didnt change! My rates have been slightly higher at other times but always very very reasonable.
