I did not like that the wind blew all night whistling around the window so I could not sleep the room did not have a running fan to block the noise

We did a two night stay here. The check in was easy with no problems. The room however was not stocked for four people as the reservation were for. I had to go get additional towels and wash clothes. That was not a big deal, then my daughter rolled down the bed it was obvious that the sheets were not changed. I had to make a second trip to the lobby now for bedding. The breakfast the next morning we ok, not excellent.

Every thing was good and staff was nice. The room was very clean.

Orbitz and La Quinta need to increase communication. Reservation was cancelled by La Quinta and I did not receive any notifications. The La Quinta representative was adamant and crass that they had called - I did not receive any calls or emails. Orbitz should not state “booked, no reason to confirm” when they are not involved actively involved in booking issues - I would have provided a credit card to hold the room, but it was not required by Orbitz. It is very stressful to arrive and be informed that your reservation was cancelled. Although they were able to rent me a room, the rates were not the rates quoted - $132 for all 3 days. The property was not well maintained and was hot and humid - probably due to the indoor pool. The only good thing was the room cleaning person “Andrea” who was very helpful with our needs. La Quinta was my hotel of choice when traveling with pet. Since being acquired by Wyndham, the chain is in a downward spiral. I would not stay at this property again. I overall very disappointed 😔

We got a suite because my hubby had to work while I was in Roswell to help care for my Mom. When we are in Roswell of course we eat Mexican food and first thing we noticed was there was no place to eat we had to handle enchiladas and a combination plate on our laps, not an easy matter. Then there was only one trash can in the bathroom which made it hard to throw out the take out containers. Then there was too little tables and chairs for breakfast most of the people had to eat in the entrance of the hotel and sit their styrofoam plates on a coffee table, those are why I would give this place four stars. Otherwise this place would be perfect, absolutely great breakfast! The suite was spacious and there WAS two air conditioners one in each room which is sometimes a problem with suites. The staff was excellent. We had a drunk next door neighbor which wasn’t the hotels fault, the staff did what they could to help. Really don’t hesitate to stay here it’s clean, bed is a bit soft but some people like that. It’s homey enough to relax it’s great.

Had to change rooms due to smoking smell. Didn’t quite fix problem, changed one smell to a different smell. Comfortable beds however. Clean otherwise. Quite. Staff were extremely accommodating.

The front desk gal at check in was very unhelpful! Check out gal Very Helpful!!

A nice, clean hotel. My family loved the style of this place, which is why we picked it from the photos. The pool looked bigger in the picture, but was refreshing. For the price you couldn't beat it. However, the best part, is it's in the heart of the city. Everything is close, dining, shopping, and museums. Thanks Orbitz!

We made a last minute hotel reservation as we were driving through Texas and on to Colorado. We like La Quinta's hotels, and the fact that they allow dogs was helpful in this specific instance. The hotel room was updated, the mattresses were cozy and I loved that the room entrances were inside, rather than outside (we arrived late). I would stay here again, as it is close to everything Roswell, NM has to offer.

Nice hotel that appears to have been recently remodeled. The room was big and comfy. The bathroom is always how I judge a hotel, and this one was shiny and new. It definitely won me over. If you find yourself in the land of Alien kitsch, like I did, you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

While this location is central to all things Roswell, there are other, newer, and more comfortable choices in town. The room was OK, but very noisy (nothing like a party in the room next door at 1 am to make your night restful). Bed was OK, room very clean but over all amenities unimpressive, especially at these rates. Breakfast was nice, but quite typical.

I did not receive my wake-up call and the front desk staff was impolite.

It really bothers me when I do not get my scheduled wake-up call and the front desk is rude.

We just stayed one night but this was a very clean hotel. The staff was extremely courteous. The elevator was a bit slow but nothing that hindered our stay there. The room was very clean and was nice. There is a stadium right next door but from inside we couldn't hear the cheers of the "Friday night lights".

The bed was a little soft but overall this was a great experience. The breakfast was really nice with scrambled eggs and waffles. We will stay there again.

Room was clean and nice but the staff was particularly wonderful. They were very helpful and attuned to the needs of the visitors.

I apologize your stay was not perfect. The fan could have been used on the AC. It does have a fan setting that would run all night. Thank You Sincerely, Bob Gutman Manager

I apologize for Orbitz. The Credit Card given was not a valid account. Again, I apologize. We validate all credit Cards for Guaranteed rooms on Sold out nights. We do not have an Andrea working for us. But Thank You Sincerely, Bob Gutman Manager
