Front desk young lady was very nice. We are older folks it was very hard to go up and down stairs this place has no elevator . They are remodeling this place we would not have booked if we were told that . Had grandkids with us that were look forward to swimming and the pool was closed due to the remodel. The room was not complete one TV not installed setting in floor . Hole in ceiling to electrical out let . Beds were very hard . Bottom line they should let people know these things .

Good stop in roswell

Good spot for the price. Clean, good breakfast. Great staff. They were making some updates while we were there but didn’t really affect our stay at all.

The outside looked great and hall but once we got into our room our view changed. The room had a funny smell, our chair was broken and the carpet was bad.

the hotel was clean and our room was nice but our room was on the second floor and only stairs to get there the person on call offered to bring our luggage up but we didn't wait for him did it our selves. we got the room through hotels .com and they didn't say anything about it
