Good

Only stopped to sleep while driving home from a long road trip. Chose Roswell because the kids wanted to visit all the alien shops. Literally only slept and left as soon as we woke up, but it was good! We like a cold room and it was cold and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly too.

The price was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean other than the floor needed a really good mopping. The breakfast from 6-9 AM was edible and filling. Easy check in and out. Love the after midnight check in. Recommend if coming to this town after 11 PM, rent a car because Ubers are not available. Fortunately, one of the taxi services is available seems like 24/7.

Great place to stay ion Rosewell. there is a StarBs right across the street and there are several places close by to eat. Downtown is only 5 minutes from the hotel.

Walked into our room and had to scoop 1 dead cockroach and 1 live cockroach off the floor and put them outside. I understand these things happen because roaches are in the area.... but a bit off putting when that's the first thing you see when you open the door. It also seemed as if one of the P traps had dried out because the smell of sewage in the bathroom was pretty bad, as well as the bathroom door wouldn't latch shut. I would stay here again in a pinch, but not with my family with me.

The room and floor looked clean but when I took off my socks my soles were grey. Definitely need a better wet mop. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were clean. The breakfast was okay, definitely filling. Don’t be late; it ends around 9:00 AM. Also a good price.

Ok for the stay

Smelled like smoke in my non smoking room. The floors were so dirty our feet turned black after showers. The air conditioner was sub par and it was inconvenient going up and down the stairs with all our luggage but for the stay, we paid a fair price and breakfast was really good. Our daughter was excited to eat every morning. The people at the front desk were really nice.

Our check in with Martha was wonderful! She was friendly and helpful. Our room was average. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Decent amenities, coffee maker, conditioning shampoo, body wash, microwave, fridge, outdoor swimming pool, and free breakfast (we did not get). The age of the property shows - paint peeling in the bathroom, microwave slightly yellowing, thin towels. The stairs that go to the second floor were terrible! Warped and slightly challenging footing. But, it was fine for our one night stop. Our biggest complaint was the clientele around our room. Construction workers??They were loud, blasting music, smoking out on the main balcony. We had to call the front desk to complain about loud music booming into our room from next door. With that said, the Martha handled it professionally. It is about a mile away from the UFO museum and with walking distance of some restaurants. The front desk provided us with a map and history of the area. I’m not sure if I would stay again, solely based on the clientele it attracts and the noise that came with them. But, everything else made it a pleasant experience.
