We stayed here last night and had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning in our room did not work at all, and it was 83° in the room. It was clear that staff were already aware of the issue before assigning us the room because they said “the ac in that room is tricky” when I went to the front desk to mention it. Instead of resolving the problem, we were given a dirty, dusty fan, that stopped working shortly after. It made the room extremely uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Consuelo, who was rude and dismissive when we raised concerns. There was no effort to make things right or offer a reasonable solution. I would not recommend staying here unless there are serious improvements in both maintenance and customer service.

This was a wonderful Hotel. The breakfast was extra, but it was so worth it! I wish i could have given them a better review, but i think it is Expedia that should make that situation clear. The Hotel was very clear about it. I seriously loves this place and would reccomend it to anyone.
