Overall the stay was good. The beds are a little firmer than I like but my husband found them very comfortable. The room was somewhat clean but there was a lot of dust everywhere and floors were not swept. Good breakfast and a good value for what I paid. Would stay again.

The floors were dirty, and had not been cleaned especially in the corners and edges. I didnt want to take my shoes off. The pillow cases were stained with old makeup. The room in general had a weird smell.

We stayed a total of 3 nights, the floors in the room were disgusting, I mistakenly wore white socks that didn't last very long, and the tub drain was full of hair. Other than that everything was great, the staff was helpful, breakfast was good, they have good options but not many. It is also next to a busy main road.

Service at the front desk was good. The room was clean. The outside was not clean, lots of cigarette butts on the steps. The outside stairs and walkways were dirty, looked like it needs some renovation done.

A blast in Roswell!

Martha at the front desk was an absolute angel and helped us find good spots to eat and see! The hotel was clean and exactly what we needed after a long road trip. The location is excellent and if we are ever in Roswell again we’ll be sure to stay here :)
