The pillows were horrible. They were like like lumpy towels stuff tightly into a pillowcase. Most uncomfortable sleep i’ve experienced in a long time. Everything else was great-but the pillows were bad enough that I won’t return.
The stay was great. Grandson had appointments at Mayo Clinic and then surgery. The shuttle to and from the motel is a life saver. Will definitely be using again.
Our room smelled awful… like cigarette smoke and dirty socks. The breakfast revealed moldy bagels and OJ that was essentially all water. The pool and hot tub were filthy. There is a brown film and discoloration in both. Our fridge made a strange humming noise all night and our bathroom smelled of an odd odor… just dirty overall. Peeling paint in the pool area and the carpet in the elevator is so dirty, it’s disgusting.

Hallways were dirty. Coffee machine in the lobby needs cleaning. Rooms were very clean and staff super nice.
We had ants all over the place in our room. We ordered pizza that we had out and after 10 min out we had to throw it away due to the ants. The hall ways smelled bad and looked like they never vacuumed in a month. When I told the person at the front desk, they acted as if they didn't care and it was normal. They didn't offer to give me a discount or anything. We stay in that area once per year.....never going to stay there again.

We have stayed here December, January, and February of 2018 and 2019. 1st and 2nd time were ok but not very clean in the elevator and entry. Breakfast was limited, the pancake machine did not work either time. The hot tub had black stuff on the sides by the top of the water. 3rd visit was terrible, the dribble that came out of the shower only heated to room temp, told guy at desk about these things cause black stuff was still in the hot tub and it was pool temp so he called it a spa not a hot tub. Showed him the black stuff but he did not seem to care. He said they had new owners but I think they are letting it go downhill. Gave it 3 tries but will never stay there again!!!!

I am terribly sorry you had a bad experience with us. We would have been more than happy to change your room. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel.
